Return Policy

At Everyday Lingeries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you may return most products within 30 days of the shipment date.

How to Return Items

  1. Visit our Returns page on everydaylingeries.com and complete the return request form.
  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging, including all tags and receipts.
  3. Print the return shipping label provided and attach it to your package.
  4. Drop the package off at your preferred shipping carrier location.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale or final clearance items may not be eligible for return.
  • Personalized or customized items are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
